1) Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Worldwide shipping is available through verified logistics partners. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
2) Order Processing Time
• All confirmed orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after cut-off timings will be processed the next business day.
3) Estimated Delivery Timeline
• Standard delivery within metro cities: 3-5 working days.
• Other locations: 5-7 working days, depending on courier service availability.
• Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than the estimated time.
• In some pin codes, our shipping partners do not support COD and hence the option might be unavailable. For any queries, please contact our customer helpline.
4) Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before final payment.
• Free shipping promotions may be available on select products or minimum order values.
5) Tracking Your Order
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• You can also check the order status by logging into your Kalakriti.store account.
6) Packaging & Safety
• We use secure and protective packaging to minimize breakage or transit damage.
• In case of damaged products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos.
7) Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries
• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the courier will usually reattempt.
• Orders returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
• We will be unable to process any refund if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if there have been 3 failed attempts to deliver the parcel by our delivery partner.
8) Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting customer support.
• Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled or altered.
9) Delays Beyond Our Control
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other external factors.
• We will keep you informed of any significant shipping delays affecting your order.
